Founder of Soulful Flow Yoga

“We are reimagining what wellness looks like — because you have always belonged here."’ - Jasmine RaShae’

Building a world where wellness is inclusive, yoga leadership is diverse, and healing belongs to everyone.

I'm Jasmine RaShae’ — a yoga educator, mentor, speaker, and founder dedicated to reimagining who gets to lead in wellness spaces.

As a Black woman from Louisiana, I spent years practicing in rooms that didn't reflect me. That experience didn't stop me. It became my purpose.

Today, Soulful Flow Yoga School has trained over 200 teachers — the majority of them BIPOC — through a hybrid education platform with graduates now teaching and leading in cities across the US and beyond: Louisiana, Texas, New York, LA, DC, Spain, and more. We partner with brands like Nordstrom, Amazon, and the Seattle Seahawks to bring meaningful wellness into cultural and corporate spaces. And we work side by side with schools, nonprofits, and community organizations to make sure healing doesn't have a zip code requirement.

This is the work. And it's just beginning.
